Orders are shipped on working days only. Our working days are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
It is our practice to process order as soon as we are able to. With this, change of product and order cancellation are not allowed.

Once your order is picked up by our appointed logistic partner, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking link. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker.
Tracking information should be available as soon as the order is picked up. However, please note that there might be slight delay on the update of the shipment status by the logistic company.
You might be receiving your ordered items at different times (split shipment) as we ship from multiple locations. We will send you an email notification (with tracking number and tracking link) for each delivery.
Should the email not show up in your email inbox, please check your junk mail / spam mail folder.
All emails are set with the automated pre-set system. Therefore, we are unable to resend order confirmation email. You may check your order by logging in to your account on the O’HaloS website and visit ‘My Account’. If you have checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Return & Refunds
Return is not allowed on discounted item(s) and used item(s).
Only non-discounted item(s) that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, in saleable condition and original condition can be returned. Accompanying tags must be intact and items must be in original packaging.
You may request for return / refund for the following reasons:
- Wrong item(s)
- Manufacturer defect item(s)
- Missing item(s)
- Out of stock
For the above, please follow the step below.
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected]
- Provide your order details (order number, full name, pick-up address, mobile number, email address) and reason for returns / request for refund.
- Allow 1 – 3 days for our customer team to response to you.
- Print out the return form that will be provided by our customer service team.
- Pack the return item(s) in the original packaging / carton, insert your return form and seal the box.
- Our appointed logistic partner will pick up the parcel at your provided pick-up location.
- Allow 5 – 7 working days for our customer service to evaluate the return products and respond to you.
7 – 14 working days and the refund will be issued to your bank account.
We are unable to accept exchange for online purchases.

O bag watches are 3 ATM water resistant, therefore they can resist splashes, body sweat and environmental humidity.
O bag watches are NOT waterproof and they cannot be immersed in water.
Promotion & Voucher
Click the shopping cart at the top right of the page. Key in the voucher / promo code in a box beside voucher and click “apply coupon”.
Voucher / promo code is valid only on selected period; valid on selected products and while stocks last. Voucher / promo code is not valid in combination with other promotions and discounts. Only one (1) voucher / promo code is redeemable at any one (1) time / per transaction.
The value of the voucher / promo code will not be refunded. Voucher / promo code will not be replaced as voucher / promo code is valid only on selected period.
Shopping & Payment

We accept credit card (Visa & Master) payment, online banking via FPX, eWallet (Boost, GrabPay and Touch n’ GO).
